
Kenichi Tanaka, Chairman

| Mr.Tanaka received his bachelor's degree in Law from Kyoto University.
He joined Toray Industries, Inc. in 1962 where he was principally engaged in overseas operations.
Mr.Tanaka was stationed abroad for 11 years, including postings in New York, Penang and Hong Kong.
At Toray International, Inc., he held a variety of senior positions including President and Chairman.
In 2003, Mr. Tanaka became President of Chori Co., Ltd., a company specialized in China business.
He also served as Representative Director at DirectForce, a non-profit organization of senior executives active in supporting venture business, management training and recruitment of outside directors and auditors, from 2007.

Mr. David Tropp

| David received his AB degree in mathematics from Harvard College in 1984, and his MBA and MA degrees from the Wharton School's Lauder Institute program in 1990, with a concentration in East Asia / Chinese language.
David joined Citibank in 1990 and subsequently joined UBS in 2005.
David's banking career spanned New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo, including 14 years based in Japan and Hong Kong.
David's primary focus in banking was corporate finance and M&A, and he spent three years early in his career in planning and audit functions.
David also worked for four years at two technology companies in the Boston area prior to his banking career.

Mr. Kimihide Emae

| Mr. Emae received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University. He joined The Bank of Tokyo, Ltd. in 1971, and was stationed abroad for 10 years, including positions in New York, London and Singapore. He held a variety of senior positions, including Managing Director of Tokyo Mitsubishi Securities Co., Ltd., Senior Managing Officer of Kokusai Securities Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Securities Co., Ltd. After that, he joined Toyota Financial Services Corp. and served as Senior Advisor until the end of October 2011. He was appointed as Statutory Auditor of McDonald’s Holdings Company (Japan), Ltd. in March 2012.
